Sunday, Sunday, Sunday

Up early to go to mass. We'll see who joins me. Can't believe that two weeks off is over.

Need to find my cheerful attitude to take tomorrow...wonder where the *&^%$% it is.

Have a great!

Happy Sunday. smile.gif

I'm looking forward to playing this morning. Our worship leader picked a bunch of my favorite songs. After two weeks of nothing but Christmas hymns, I'm ready to pick up the pace again. smile.gif

I love Sunday mornings . . . hope you have a great day!

Good morning all.

Not much to say today. Still early for me. The brain isn't functioning at full power just yet. Maybe after some coffee.

Good day all. I tried to wake up in a good mood today... then I looked out the window. F#$@!! It snowed again.

Next thing I noted is that I smelled bacon. That was kind of happy except I wondered WHY I would be smelling that. Went downstairs to investigate. Seems the roomie found the quarter of a ham in the downstairs fridge and decided to put it in the oven. Nice! Then he decides to ask me how long one should cook a ham that size... well, says right there on the cooking instructions: about an hour. He then informs me that it has been cooking for almost 2 hours. Dried ham chips anyone? Seems he also didn't bother to line the pan he used with aluminum foil...and it had a couple small holes in the bottom of it. 3 guesses who had to clean up the bottom of the oven.

Yup... gonna be one of THOSE days.

Ready to go back to work yet Mema?

I got the house cleaned, the bills paid and heading to the library for the week. Watching the Panthers, but now playing Wii at half time- we are HOOKED!

I started my cross stitch Wizard of Oz baby blanket again... maybe Emily will be 7 when I finish!

We had a good church this morning Web. IMy son has been running the power points in the morning with the songs and prayers, but he skipped this morning. I volunteered to take that on to help out. I am looking forward to doing some service at church. I just knew that it could not involve anything with kids!

I'm finally checking in. It's been a good day. I've got some potato soup simmering right now, ready in 30 minutes, come on over! Oh, and I made donuts this morning, so you can have a couple of those too.

I'll take some of that potato soup Mz. smile It's been downright COLD here the past couple of days.  But at least it isn't snowing.

I spent the day reading and napping; I've been so tired lately.  Me thinks it's because I've had too many holiday goodies and not enough exercise.  Glad the holidays are behind us; now it's time to hit the exercise routine again.
