we are having a major storm that woke me up. Its pouring and windy and the back porch screen door was flapping all around. Now the dilemma- go back to sleep or stay awakeyawn too tired to exercise too worried I'll never get up in an hour no

I made it to work, but feel like I could throw up. My sinus infection and lack of sleep is not fairing well with me.

Morning, all. Not much going on here at the moment, but will be departing shortly for the day at Camp Happy.

The storms on the east coast buggered up a lot of things. The boy's flight out of Atlanta got cancelled last night, so he is stuck there til tonight. Apparently now he will hub through Amsterdam. Too bad he won't have time for sight seeing there.

I think I'm going to hang out at home today. Mrs Web is off and the boy has no school (teacher training day). I've got oil service appointments for both vehicles today so I'll shuffle them around at the proper times, but other than that, it looks like a good day to stay home with the fam.

Thanks. One bit of happy news he gave me yesterday is that they have him slated to be at a base outside of Baghdad. I've done a little research on the area where he will be. Seems to be a bit less of a target for the IED's and suicide bombers.

I did a little research on the particular area. Only found one reported soldier death recently. No details given, but in light of 37 people dying in Baghdad explosions over the weekend, I do feel a little better.
