OK, I'm complaining about the forum software again.  I know it's free and there's nothing you can do about it, but hey, I can still whine, right?


I'm having my weekly problem of threads staying marked as new, even after I've read them.  I don't have this problem on any other forum.  So at least once a week I have to delete my cookies and start all over again.  Does anyone else have this problem?  I don't have this problem with any other forum.  So last weekend, I noticed it happening on my home computer as well.  The chances of my work and home computers having the same settings is rare, so I'm convinced that it's the software and not me.


Am I a loony, or can anyone back me up on this one?

No Q of H, you're not the only one.  In my world, however, I use so many different programs and they all have their quirks.  I've learned to smile and say, "Computers make our lives better!"

Yea, in all honesty I've stopped even looking at them "new posting" "no new posting symbols". I just have a look-see if there's a new topic at the top of the list since the last time I checked. This is one of those "duct tape doesn't stick to the internet" issues.
