Oh, how sad it is that these little victories drive our day.  Reminds me of how upset us geeks would get if our D&D character failed to make a level, or if you were promised a magic weapon and your Dungeon Master welched on you.  Important?  Not by a long shot.  Ticked-off?  You bet'cha!  Why?  I have no clue.  The little things matter, I guess.

Star, when you click <>, all the formatting buttons should go gray.  Just click in the box and type the code (<img src="">).  After you've typed the code and inserted the address of your picture, click <> again.  Your formatting buttons should be back, you should see a picture in the area where you type, and you can type the rest of your message.
