Hey JD, I'm not really a Penthouse kind of guy anyway, so I've been making the basement feel like home for a while now. It's really not too bad, it's quiet, cool, and these old broken-down couches are quite comfortable. If you ever feel like slummin' come on down. We'll put in a DVD, get something cold to drink and let those up in the Penthouse do whatever it is that they do up there.

Sounds good JD, I'll go get that old pinball game and bring it down too.

Hot tub? Nah, we'll let the hot tub stay up there.

I can see all the board members sitting around the tub looking at each other while Star walks around the tub tapping them on the head: "Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck ......." That's not something that I would want to ruin for them.

Ah . . . life's good in the basement.

I'll have em grab one of the refridgerators from the kitchen too.....aw heck that's not really necessary- I'll just fill the cooler with ice and beer and we're good to go.

Also, Star must have been asleep. Did she not see that they are trying to put us in the garage or the basement!? BTW we don't have basements in the south. Weird, but true!

It's ok Rudy, being a man ain't all bad . . .

No worries about sending anyone to the basement. I'm making the basement into a "common man's" hang out. No horse-overs, social hours, or sipping champagne allowed down here. Anyone thinking they are better than us "low count posters" can stay up there.

I just put "Blachawk Down" on the big screen.

I think Riggs has to change it. Don't sweat it.
Okay let's get this straight - It is awesome that rubs is a chairwoman but she's not in the penthouse until 1000. only in the board room. (sorry rubs rules are rules - I not only make them I enforce them = )
