hi sandy! gonna be doin some deeper cuts tonight from more familiar artists (in most cases). Figured I wanted to air some of the deeper stuff this week, then next week just all out favs.smile

My dog seems to be much better now.  I took her to the vet for a follow up visit on Friday, and he said she's doing well.  She started back on strictly her own food today instead of the rice & hamburg diet and she seems to be handling ok, so maybe we're out of the woods now. 

My weekend was ok; yesterday it was snowing on and off, pretty chilly too.  Today the sun was out and it warmed up to 69.  Weatherman says high 70s by Wednesday. clap.gif

How was your weekend??  Hey, how's the South Beach going??  You and G-gal still doing it?

it turned out to be a great day here- think we hit 65. I got a little bit of a sunburn even from walking around outside today. good weekend over all, just busy busy busy. too much do, not enough be. But it was all fun stuff, so thats ok.


We are still doing South-Beach, but it really doesn't feel like it. Just eating better food in better portions. No real restrictions at this point, just easier on the carbs. we are both feelin real good, doin cardio workouts too. smile

Hey, that's great that you two are sticking with it and getting some cardio in too. smile Isn't it funny how just making a few minor changes in your diet can make you feel so much better and healthier?!  I know I feel so much better since I started 25 Weeks; now eating healthier is second nature to me, don't even have to think about it anymore.

same here! smile feels like nuthin different! when we were in phase one, you cut out fruits, a lot of carbs, bread, noodles etc/ but they were replaced by so much more other good stuff- more veggies etc that there was no cravings or going hungry. now at phase two, I just feel like its all normal/

I know all that food you were grilling up and posting photos of sure made my mouth water sometimes!! I was tempted to ask you for a doggie bag.  Either that, or hire you for my own personal chef. winksmile
