Thanks Ruby, It has been a pleasure being on the Board with so many of you, I am looking forward to moving higher up the building though, I wll miss the current board members but am looking forward to meeting up with former board members in the penthouse.

Thanks Star, thats really nice of you, still got ten to go yet though, im still not too sure on the title yet, Ray suggested King of the Ring, which I like but if anyone else has suggestions post them in here and I will take a look.
