MY spot by the river is awesome! Ducks, a turtle, a huron, a pair of hawks, all sorts of yellow finches, oriels, cardinals, a king fisher. There is this baby coyote who goes out on the rocks and tries to catch the ducks. In fall, the steel-head come upstream and they are like 16 inches long. I love that place!

Now JD, in all seriousness, how likely is it that you will actually leave on time today? Then we will progress to finding you a beer and your bench or blanket to sit on. I think I will still be here a while. I am jealous that you and Star will already be relaxing.

Fuzzy- on time would be at 4:30 today. If I can be out of here within an hour of that I am as good as gold- what's going on that you are having a rough week?

Just year end accounting issues. I have to wait for everyone to be finished before I can do the tax provision. Of course, they were all late with that so that put me two days behind. Then I start doing things and someone makes entires that change my numbers. You know that happens twice. So I have to start all over. Plus with some of the new rules, I have additional crap to get done quickly that no one knows how to do. I have completed quite a bit of work, but the numbers may change again. And that means I must do everything yet again. That will probably be my Monday. Yippe! You know, in early out late all week, plus trying to stop by the hospital to see a friend. I just can't wait for the weekend. I am headed to the beach to play in the sand and surf.

I'd just like to send out a "Howdy" to everyone on today. It's been a rough week for me at work. I've been covering for a co-worker on vacation, and we've got our yearly reviews to boot. Eeks.
