Good morning to you all. WI's great, minus the oppressive heat and humidity today. But hey, we've got an air show and Bastille Days going on. There isn't a weekend where there' s a festival.
This is going to be a very long Friday. I have to work at both jobs today, so that makes for a 12 hour day as it is, and of course, there's the anticipation of tomorrow!
Who wants to celebrate anything that has a connection to the French! Those Le Weenies are whining now about the UK getting the Olympics, saying that Blair "lobbied" for them which is against the rules.
I've never seen an entire country be so cowardly, so whiny and yet so snotty & full of itself as France. (sorry to all of you of French descent, but I just don't like a damn thing about em!)
I normally go because 1) it's free and 2) the food that's there is wonderful.
And as for the Blue Angels, rush hour yesterday was crazy with those boys flying around. With the reflections off of the buildings around my office, it looked like they were flying right next to us. It was awesome!!
Yeah, the guy I pick up from every night on the 32'nd floor of the US Bank Building SWEARS they were nearly eye level with him at times. He said it looked like they were gonna clip the building with a wing.
DAMN FRENCH! (sorry, just had to throw that in there)
Actually Mz, I had a lot of things to do this morning, but I decided to hold off on one of them (returning the cable box), so I was able to head out a little later.
But I'm leaving now.

BTW, I was gonna ship that Blue Man song to you last night, but I was waiting for you to be on IM. The only place I have the song is on the broadcast computer, and I don't have email on that system to avoid viruses, so I'll need to IM the song to you.
