So I think cats won! So let's hear about your pets - their name, age, breed, cute things they do, anything else you think would make us laugh or warm our hearts.
Carly - My cat, age 5, british shorthair, She just a little sweetie. She's had to adapt to living w/ two different dogs and has no claws but has still caught a mouse and catches gekos faster than the dog.
Buddy - Family dog, age 3, springer spaniel. He's true to his name. He loves people. And he loves to swim. Maybe I can post some pictures sometime of them.
Once Buddy was sleeping and Carly cuddled up w/ him. And Buddy licks her head and she likes it. They are little friends.
Oh, I'll post pictures when I get home. At least 75% of my pictures are of my cats!
As you can tell, Jack loves to lay on top of my computer and "help" me. He's my big baby! He's about 4 years old, and he always must be in the same room as my husband or I. (If he has to choose, he's usually with me or whoever has the comfy sleeping spot.) Also, Jack has a hard time meowing, he kinda squeaks.
Sami is my 5 year old daddy's girl. She is really lovey dovey with us and wants to be held and carried around all the time. But she doesn't like strangers. When people come over, she usually just likes to sit somewhere and observe, she doesn't want anyone else to pet her. She is fascinating by mechanical objects. She can tell when I open the CD drive on the computer and she's in the room in an instant. She watches it open and close, and sometimes tries to catch it before it closes again! She also likes watching me print things, and wants to bat at the print head (but I don't let her).
We had fish, but they all died. We hope to get more fish soon.
My wife and I are the staff for Thistletop. She is a 14 year old, Maine Coon Cat mix. Her nickname is LIADSHOCK, which stands for Lactose Intolerant Alien Demon Stampeding Herd Of Crazed Kitty She throws up if she gets any milk product At times she does seem to be some sort of alien demon And she will go stampeding through the house, making much more noise than you would think a 10 pound cat could, like she is crazed.
