ever eaten?


 


When I was in the Bahamas I ate the tittle of a conch shell, they said it was an aphrodisiac (SP?) but it was nasty and slimey! But I did it and we got to keep what we found on the island for taking the challenge. Anyone else? Monkey brains???

When you are in the Bahamas everything works!!! You have to do it in a foreign country whenever the chance arises, don't you? I think that is the law!

The wierdest I've done has to be octopus or tounge.  Not really that radical, but it does make some people squirm.

Actually, calamari is squid.  My whole family loves sushi, and that is where I've had octopus.  Close to your entry is uni, which is sea urchin.  I've never been brave enough for that one, only traditional Japanese seem to like it.


Tounge is very good if prepared right.  It has to be sliced thin.

I don't think I've ever had anything really weird.  I'd guess the weirdest would be conch, which I love!


But then again, my motto is that I'll try anything once, just don't tell me what it is first!

I had the worm out of a bottle of tequilla once. At first, you think EWWW NO WAY!! But by the time you reach the worm you could care less!
