Yesterday was one of those weird first days off for me where I pretty much felt like a zombie all day.
Today is devoted to cleaning the house and working on the APP for FFR. I haven't gotten very far yet, but I have a couple books on the way and I've been watching some video from a class on APP building. I'm getting more confident that at some point down the road I'll be able to create and test one.
Once I've done that maybe I can create some other stuff too.
Alright, off to do some laundry. Everyone have a GREAT saturday!
Good Morning to all.......waiting for the Magic to take on the Celtics tonite...they better win....did get to see the Orlando Predators beat the Milwaukee Iron last night in Arena Football on a touchdown play with 2.5 sec left!
Nice win last night SG...MIlwaukee's team is 5-2 right now.
Have band rehearsal in about an hour. It should be interesting. We hired a keyboard player about a month ago and he hasnt really worked out. Talented guy but has some issues to work through. I am not sure if he is going to get the ax today or not. It really depends on him.
I have been on a song writing tear as of late and have written 10 songs so far this year and five ion the last couple weeks. There are a couple in particular I am anxious to see what the band can do with.
Its in the high sixties as we speak...heck I could be talking about our weather or the hippies from the sixties.

Good day, all... while it is briefly still Saturday.
Busy day for me today. The boys and I got up early, ate breakfast, then started in on reframing the garage door openings. We pretty much knocked it out today. While Jeremy was working on some of that stuff, I was around front cutting back the boxwoods and the other bushes so we can conveniently get to the front of the house to work on that stuff on Tuesday.
Tomorrow will largely be spent hanging out with Walker as it is his 7th birthday. Mema got him the butterfly garden he requested plus a kit to grow some butterfly bushes. I think he will like it. He spent a good amount of today chasing a Monarch butterfly around my yard. Also got him a birthday cake and ice cream. We will likely head over to the local petting zoo / farmstead for a while. He loves the animals.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.

Once I've done that maybe I can create some other stuff too.
I spent a week redesigning it so that when/if I test the APP people don't show up and say "what a crappy station".
I've still got some more work to do on it, but it's almost done. Then I'll focus completely on the APP. At this point I've only made a simple beginners APP, but I'm getting more confident that I'll be able to develop an FFR one eventually.
Now whether or not it will actually do any good I have no idea, but I want to make sure it doesn't fail because people show up and think the station/site suck.
