Thanks everybody! I quit working on the house for today... now getting me ready to go to my party. Got a few unwelcomed surprises as we got into replacing the front door, but nothing that isn't fixable. Just have to throw some more money at it. Bummer!
Anyhoo... the Kev decided to remind me of my age in roses... 40 of them. Nice of him. They are lovely... but there are LOTS of them.
Walker gave me an audio birthday card with a talking monkey... how appropriate and timely of him.

Me, Sock Monkey, and my BFF Doug. Doug was so totally amused that I was geeked about getting Sock Monkey. He seriously thought I was kidding when I said I wanted one. Better yet, the commercial came on several times while we were at the bar!
