I just read a brilliant idea from a blogger.  How many people really laugh out loud with they type LOL?  He suggests that LOL should be replaced with SC = slight chuckle.

I agree.

Yeah, that is true.

When JR and I chat, we use "alol" . . . meaning "ACTUALLY laughed out loud".

Yeah, I'd always think of South Carolina.

I think I'm more the TH than a LOL kind.

Yeah, Web & I have been using the LOL vs. ALOL for a couple years now when we chat.  

We both said a couple years ago how overused LOL was and how you rarely ACTUALLY laugh out loud when you use it.  The ALOL has served us well.  nod.gif
