Just read a story about the supreme court , there always a judge who is called the 'pivotal vote' and its always the same judge . if thats the case then why waste time with the other 8 ? fire the 4 on the "left" , fire the four on the " right " give a raise to the one in the middle , the tax payers will be money ahead and the court will move faster as there wont be anyone wasteing time writing briefs that never get read anyway.

heres a thought provoking legal scenario , Lets say a guy from mmm.. Indiana is vacationing in mmm... Ft. Myers with his lovely wife and 2 beautiful daughters . There sunning themselves at the beach when 6 guys 'tween 16- 22 start to ogle and drool and make comments. Dad reaches under a towel and pulls out a Remington ( 1100 series) and unloads 6 rounds of buckshot . He then drags the bodies down to the water and gives them to sharks . A policeman comes along , looks around, smiles and pulls out his ticket book . NOW THE BIG QUESTION ! does he write 1 ticket for littering (a "group litter" ) or 6 tickets - 1 for each caseing ?
