I'm not much for pre-season ball.  Hockey fan, after all.  I have heard a lot of good stuff about Orton, but getting over the Bear's quarterback curse will not be easy.


Hey!  The Blackhawks signed Nikolai Khabibulin, not a bad catch.

The Fylers made salary cap room by trading JR to the LA Kings in order to sign the man we gave away so long ago, Forsberg.  They bought out LeClair and Amonte (another good Blackhawk). As for TO, we all know he is an A$$. There are no other words. Somehow I think Chicago would just be too cold for me. And good or bad, I am unable to abandon my teams.


GO PHILLIES! They are better that the Brewers.


GO EAGLES! Even without TO they should do better than the Bears and the Packers.


GO FLYERS! Out with the old, in with the new. New and young players should help us skate by the Blackhawks.


GO SIXERS! Well, I am not really a basketball fan, but still.


Go all the minor league teams we have plus our indoor football and soccer teams.


Whew! That was a lot of work.
