There's always next year for the Bears...and the cubs....(couldn't care less about the minor leauge team on the south side)...And the Bulls (haven't heard anything bad about them yet...but hey...it's the BULLS....what's GOOD about em?)

OK It took Rex Grossman A total of ZERO regular season games to get knocked out for a good portion of the season...once again starting the QB Carusel that doomed the team last year ( Plus no matter how good he is, I HATE Kyle Orton....he's from Purdue)   &  our draft pick who is supposed to be a saving grace is being a douchebag....


Sorry...I live by the Chicago Motto....

Don't be so quick there Mr Milwaukee Bucks/Brewers (your town's not even big enough for 2 teams)... I don't remember them being Champions recently either.....


In fact, your best team, with their best player ever, (Favre (can't even spell his own name right) & the Fudge Packers) has only half the National Championships our best team has with our best player (Da Bulls With Cap'n Jordan).....


So once the great state of Wisconsin has more championships than the greater state of Illinois...then I'll let you make that remark without comment....

The Brewers are fighting Cubs for the Wildcard too.....only a game behind!! Great sports rivalry between Illinois and Wisconsin!! "cept for football where we CLEARLY dominate!

No JD, no grilling tonight. Last night it was raining so I fixed pasta and I had leftovers for lunch. I wasn't really hungry when I arrived home and then I was distracted by phones calls. Then I had to bee bop over to the club to sign the book because the drawing is up over $1,000. And who couldn't use that? That is a ton of money to be able to grill out. Talk about a long-winded no explanation. How about you?

what $1000 for what book??


No grilling out for me until Friday! I am officially cash poor this week! Just paid the car insurance and the financial planner took her monthly chunk this week! Its been veggies and pasta here too for 3 days! Friday is pay day tho! I need some grillin time!!

I also am poor and get paid this week. Maybe I can afford to go shopping.


There are three books. .25, $1 daily and $1 weekly. You pay the amount and sign the page. If they draw your membership number for the next drawing, and you have signed it for that day, you win the money.

fine! If you take the trip out here, we can go to the ballpark. It is literally a mile away from my place. A nice walk; we can stop buy Derry Hegretys for a Black-n-Tan and a shot of whatever!


That's about at the 1/2 way mark. Plus at Derry's as long as the money is green, he'll serve you, even if you are not a Brewers fan.


But I am getting seats FAR AWAY from the crowd! Out off range from throwing distance! Maybe the last row on the top deck, so our backs are against the wall too. that might be a GOOD IDEA!
