I overslept this morning. I woke up 20 minutes before I had to be at work. Luckily, I only have a 5 minute drive. I'm not sure if my alarm never went off, or if it did and I shut if off without waking up. I did my makeup at work, and got a nice glob of waterproof eyeliner in my eye. It rinsed out of my eye just fine, but now my lower lid is eyeliner-ed too, so I've got the 80's dark eyes thing going on. As much as I like the 80's look, I just look strung out.
Morning all. It is nice to see the again. My recently transplanted sod has had a few days of rain and now it can have sunshine and hopefully some warmer weather to help it root.
The baseball playoffs start today. Let's go Phillies!
Hockey season starts tomorrow. Let's go Flyers!

Good day, all. This day has started out a bit on the irritating side, but it is going to get better. It is sunny and presently 55*, supposed to top out near 70*. Best of all, tonight is the Alice Cooper / Rob Zombie concert. I'm looking forward to that.
I'm not sure who all is in the playoffs... GO PHILLIES!
I'm going to have to see if I get any of the hockey games. Hockey is fun to watch.
Still rockin' with football... GO CHIEFS! Likely they will lose to the Colts this weekend (as usual)... I'm just hoping its not embarrassing.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
And now warm sunshine on my sod is good. I get direct sun on it from the morning through a good part of the afternoon. We had enough rain that I don't think I'll have to water it the rest of the week. I'll examine it closer on Saturday to make sure it isn't too dry.
