I'm used to logging on in the afternoon and expecting songs to be backed up at least an hour.   Where is everybody today?

I think a lot of people are enjoying the last week before school. I just spent my lunch with my daughter. We went to IUPUI and checked out the builldings her classes are in. She's a freshman this year and classes start Wednesday.

She got lucky. IU almost always starts their classes on Labor Day!

I'm glad to see her going to college. It's been a real joy to watch her develop from a girl to a young woman. I'm very proud of her. She has a good head on her shoulders. I like to think her mother and I did a great job of guiding her to this point. Probably one of my best accomplishments!!! I'm anxious to see how she does with more freedom. She will have more time on her hands than ever. No band or color guard so her evenings and weekends will be relatively free.
She's living at home. She doens't care for the college experience of living away and meeting new people in the dorms. She just wants to get in and out and start her career. Now that may change once she gets into the college scene. We' see.
