Good day, all. According to the date on my computer, it is Tuesday. For me though, this Tuesday has the funky stench of Monday all over it. Guessing that is because I'm still at the office. I've been trying to sort out why I'm so beat down feeling when it is only 2AM... but with the time change I suppose my body still feels like it is 3AM. Ah well...
Hoping to make my grand escape for a few hours in the land of nod here in the next 20 minutes or so. I'm probably being an optomist. At least it is still fairly pleasant outside according to my weather feed. Presently 57*. Not too shabby for this far into November.
Hope everyone has a great day. I'll holler at you when I'm awake again.

I've decided that I want to live. There were a few hours during the night where I wasn't so sure.
I felt fine at 8:00pm last night. By 9:00 pm I was dealing with full-on stomach flu. I still have the aches and I'm sore from hurling several times, but I'm doing better. I had some toast and water this morning and it seems to be settling in ok.
Good afternoon, all. I'm here. I'm mostly awake thanks to the onboarding of generous amounts of caffeine. It is a beautiful day outside... a bit windy but presently about 68*. Can't ask for much better in November.
Not much else to report at the moment.
Web... get feeling better. Having the flu totally doesn't rock.
Fuzzy... congrats on finally getting to your celebration. Cookies always make a day happier.
Mz... hope you get warm.

Ouch Webster. That sucks! Hope you feel better soon! I've always been so fortunate, I never get the flu even though I never get the shot (I better go knock on my wood handles so I haven't jinxed myself).
Working at the University now I'm shocked I haven't caught it yet during flu season.
It's a nice day here, 65 degrees. I think I shall walk over to the grocery store for a salad and perhaps some stuff I can nuke at work during the week.

ALOL! See, they came in handy.
Yeah, it's kind of sad though, when I was typing that I realized there was nothing in the entire room that was wood other than those handles! Plenty o' pressboard, no real wood.

See, you'll think twice about buying something without real wood handles now, won't ya?!
