Wisconsin is in full winter mode. It almost has felt like February out there.
Hey Fuzzy, congratulations on Cliff Lee...The Brewers have cancelled their season as a result...the news reelase just said "We cant hope to compete with the Philidelphia Phankees" Christmas for Philly Phans came early though. Bet that made your week.
Hope everyone else is having a good week and a Merry Christmas Season.
Nice to see you D! I agree, it's like February here too. I think the cabin fever is going to set in early. My hair was still wet when I went out to warm up the car this morning. All I did was walk out to the car, unlock it, start it, lock it, and walk back in, but pieces of my hair were frozen when I got in.
Ah, hump day. It does seem like a long week. I just have to survive two more work days this week. I am awaiting sleep in Friday this week. I do have to do some errands, but it will be nice to have the day to myself.
In the meantime, I have left my breakfast at home and still have decided which flavor of hot tea to have. I guess I will start scheduling the EFT payments.
Work on.

Same here Fuzzy. Apparently Brian is looking forward to me sleeping in too. But I've got a lot to do on Friday, so I don't know how much I'll sleep in. We're friends with another couple, and the wife's birthday is on Friday as well. He got her a sewing machine for her birthday, so I offered to help set it up and possibly help him shop for needles and bobbins. So I might be helping him on Friday too.
I'm thinking a nice little sleep in, then a shower, maybe some breakfast, a trip to the post office, a trip to the mall (I don't want to go near there, but we need a stocking for my nephew), some lunch, then maybe a nap and perhaps watch some recorded tv. I don't have anything as hectic as you. You have a lot of running around to do. There may be a few other stops to make for me. I haven't planned the day quite yet.

Yeah, the whole reason I'm taking Friday off is because I don't have the time to get everything I need to done for the weekend. I do plan to sleep in a bit, need to take a shower and shave (I feel furry, which may be warmer, but not necessarily more comfortable), I wonder if I can get a hair appointment on Friday, do practically all my holiday shopping that I can't order online, get groceries, help my friend with the sewing machine, cook lasagna, and make a cheesecake.
I was off yesterday, but it's back to work tonight. If I hadn't taken off yesterday I prolly woulda called in sick. I haven't felt well since Sunday.
Tonight is our STOOPID Christmas party at work, which is really just a free meal I won't eat (because I see all the ****roaches that run around their kitchen every night) and an opportunity for the big wigs to talk shop for an hour.
Plus, I start at 9:30, the Christmas Party is from 10:30 - Midnight, so no one can drink and we all have to go back to work when it's over. ooooh, PARTY ON! Stupid.
Ok, I'm done bitching.
It's warming up here now. we're at 18 degrees. At least we got that goin' for us.
Does he gripe when he takes you for your annual breakfast? Does he gripe during the Packers games? (Although in all fairness, he did have a right to whine about this past week's game. What a snooze.) How about when you break your computer and he has to fix it?
