I just read this story and becasue of my own feelings about Micro$oft, thought it was great.

This college kid got sued by Micro$oft for selling unopened copies of Windows on Ebay. He fought back and won!

It's pretty interesting if you read the whole thing. The store is Here.

Good for him. This is the kind of garbage that gives lawyers a bad name. Microsoft spent more making just the first phone call than they were going to recover. What a waste. I could see if the kid was constantly doing this, but one occurance? Please.
