Thanks- all are freaked out here. We just got back from dinner and that was the talk of the restaurant. I am not worried though. Too soon to freak out, won't do any good and I told my husband when he asked where will we go, I told him I have friends all over the US and even one in England.

Hey Ruby I recommend a hand crank radio. They should be available at sporting/camping stores. They're great. No batteries needed and you can get a good hour or two from cranking it up. Plus if it runs down just crank it up again.

Thanks Ray, actually we have one that is similar in white! It also gets some strange weather band besides that am/fm band! But it really has a crank!
