I was fortunate enough to get off work early today. Boss lady felt bad I spent 5 and a half hours stuck in the paring lot the day before. So I got out at 3:30.
Feel MUCH better today. And as an added bonus tonights my last night until Tuesday
Goin' to the killer Friday Fish Fry buffet at the casino with Dylan on Friday, then Sunday it's up to Green Bay to watch the Packers DEMOLISH the Steelers. Should be a fun weekend.
What are we going to have for dinner this evening. I could have a snack now. I have to find a way to control the stress eating. I don't think I have been doing much of that, but I know I have not eaten all that well the last two weeks.

I wish I was going home early. In fact, I wish I could just stay home tomorrow. Probably best to not press my luck.
Not sure what to have for dinner tonight. I had a plan for every night this week until today. Going to make chili on Saturday. Between now and then is anyone's guess.

I have a box of pierogies. But I don't have any sour cream. There are plenty of frozen meats. But I don't want them. There are cans of soup. Yep, you guessed it, I'm not in the mood for that either. Had spaghetti Saturday and then leftovers on Monday. Had a pork chop Sunday. Tried it a new way. I wasn't really found of it. I shouldn't have cereal for dinner. I could have breakfast but that is a lot of work and subsequent clean up. Blah.

I've been that way too Fuzzy. Nothing sounds good, so I end up just snacking through the day. I think I've done that too many days in a row, now my stomach seems to be constantly grumbling.
I've been making a lot of different dinners lately off of recipes I got from Taste of Home. Last night was a chicken pot pie type of thing, but it has cheese in it and instead of the regular crust it is topped with tater tots. Night before was stuffed shells. Monday night was leftovers from the weekend which was ham fettuccine on Saturday and buffalo chicken topped potatoes on Sunday. Every recipe in there was a winner.

I went with the 'I bought a store made pizza a few weeks ago while it was on sale and stuck it in the freezer for a later use' option. It was sausage and I added onions and peppers. Nothing fancy. I didn't even cut fresh veggies. I opened the freezer and took out the bag of diced frozen onions and peppers and threw some on top. Leftovers for lunch today.

SWEET! I thought about frozen pizza, but decided that was more work than I wanted to get into. It was a massive attack of the lazies that hit last night. No idea what I will do about tonight... possibly the frozen pizza option.

I have one that I haven't tried yet... it is a 4-cheese spaghetti. The recipe is at home, but could probably be found easily enough on the Taste of Home website. I've considered making that tonight, but that would involve going to the store to get the other 3 cheeses.

That dish ROCKED! Makes for good lunch leftovers as well. I know... I need to get eating better too. Unfortunately tomorrow is chili making day... til Superbowl is well behind me, the revised eating plan cannot start.
