This is crazy, all the teams in the wild card race are playing each other, so one day I'm rooting for one team to win, the next day I'm rooting against them.
We need you guys to keep winning one and losing one while we get a good solid streak going here and take over first.
Sorry JR, I can't do that. They are trying to fight their way to the top of the division. That way they don't have to worry about the wild card race. They have been on a roll against the Braves. That doesn't happen too often, especially with rookies having started two of three games. For the most part, they have all looked good. They play the again Braves tonight and in Atlanta for three next week. These are very important head-to-head games.
I have to say that I did the same thing that you are doing. Because of Houston and Florida playing this week, I have rooted for one on one night and the other the next. This has worked as the Phils have caught the Marlins for the wild card lead. Just imagine where the boys would be if they didn't blow those two games against Houston last week. The Phils head into Florida for a weekend series. Another important series before skipping over to Atlanta on Tuesday.
