Ruby I entirely agree on their salads! Even the 99 cent one is way better than some of the chains charging $2.49 for some lettuce shards and a cherry tomato!

I am having soup, a banana and one of those 100 calorie snack packs. But I am not really not in the mood for it. I have a Balance Bar around somewhere too in case I need a snack later.

I take Herbalife.  I am hoping that the reputation and vitamins helps restore this old body back to some vim and vigor.

We made indian tacos last night so it was left overs for me!

JD, CP, can you tell a difference after taking the vitamins compared to when you didn't? More energy?

Sparky-

without a doubt with regards to the multi-vitamin. That one is a must do for me. Its not so much like I am much more energetic, just that my butt is dragging if I don't.

I had low carb crispas and sunflower seeds. New invention, those crispas. I took a low carb tortilla and cut it into triangles with a pizza cutter and fried them in oil until they were sorta chispy. Then I took Splenda and cinnamon and mixed them together and put them in a zip lock bag. I put the fried tortillas in the zip lock bag and shook em up. YUM. They were good. Hint: Use more cinnamon than Splenda. I also left some plain and my hubby had chips and salsa. I'm going to cut some tortillas up into square shapes and am going to try and make egg rolls out of them this weekend. I'll let you guys know how they turn out. Low carb egg rolls, woohooooo! I can live with that. Tonight we're having mexican pizza. I'm taking the low carb tortillas and frying them whole and then I'm going to top them with taco meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sour cream. I'll let you know how that turns out. I'm loving these new low carb tortillas, can you tell? Thump, I love to cook (and used to do it professionally) and I'm always coming up with new low carb goodies.

I've got a Coke for dessert, but I may just stick to water. I thought having lunch might settle down my stomach, but it didn't change it any.

For supper, I'm trying out a new recipe for stromboli.

Stromboli?

I don't know what that is. It sounds more like a musical instrument than a food.

I play the Stromboli . . . what do you play?

Well, I didn't have any Sunny D or schnapps, but I did indulge. I would guess that's why my tummy is upset (and for the record, this would be my first hangover). I'm sleepy, but I don't have a headache or anything else. I drank a bunch of water last night, I've drank a bunch of water today, and I purposely forced myself to have breakfast and lunch, I would've thought my tummy would settle down by now.

Stomboli is an italian sandwich. The recipe I'm trying is basically bread dough, sausage and hamburger and sauce. It's from these quick and easy receipe cards that I have. If it turns out good, I'll post it. (Some of these recipes have not come out all that great...)

With the amount of alcohol we drank last night, only having an upset stomach is impressive. I could use a nap though...
