pfft... Only Wednesday. I woke up this morning thinking it was Thursday. How disappointing.
Well, the paperwork fairy didn't visit my office last night. The same piles are in the same places as I left them.
I managed to get my billing caught up yesterday afternoon, so now I can get back on entering time for payroll. It's a vicious little circle.
This afternoon I'm taking Isaac to the pediatric eye doctor. He's been complaining of eye pain and headaches for the last couple days. I don't think it's anything serious, but I want to be certain. I have a nephew that was having vision problems and headaches. He ended up having a tumor on his brain, which most of it was removed. They couldn't get all of it because of its proximity to the pituitary gland. He is 25 and has to go every six months to be checked out that it's not growing...

I dunno. It has been a long time since I have been able to fall asleep with the radio on. I used to do that in college. I think that would drown out all the other noise. I used to study the same way. The radio would block out all the other noise and I was good at tuning out the radio.

Mr. DS can sleep with the tv on and a ruckus going about, but I prefer good old silence. When I babysit Dolly, I sleep on the sofa so I can hear her if she wakes up, but I have trouble falling asleep because the clock is so loud -- TICK! TICK! TICK! So annoying...

The tv will keep me up. I enjoy the silence. I can deal with the fan or humidifier on too. Those can also help drown out any outside noise. I also like it very dark when it is time to sleep. I don't do well in the light.

Sorry about disrupting the silence with that theraputic scream. Thought I would stop by and say hello while I'm catching a momentary break between arse beatings.
Hope everyone is having a great day.

I know what you mean Mema. For some people it's like, "The boss is away, now I'll get some peace and quiet." For others, it's more like, "Her boss is away, now I can go to her for all the stuff that I'm usually not allowed to." My boss is out for the rest of the week too, and the Etch has already tried the, "While she's away, maybe we can..."
