Friday's tomorrow, then Sleep-in day is after that!
Last night I stayed up a little later than I should have watching Inspector Lewis with Brian, but it was worth it. But then about an hour and a half before my alarm goes off, I was woken up by some serious cramps. I took a bath and a couple Aleeve, and the pain finally went away and I napped for a little bit.
At the moment, I'm actually in kind of a good mood, for no particular reason. We'll see how long that lasts.

I hope everyone's been doing well. I'm trying to get my sleep schedule back to normal again but haven't had any luck. I'm heading off to bed now for what I'm sure will be a couple of hours of tossing and turning before finally dozing off.

I had to move a website from one server to another. I've been worrying about it for a week because it is a very involved site with at shopping cart, payment gateways, etc. The move is complete and it looks like it went well. Phew.
I'm home with the boy today and tomorrow for Spring break. Hopefully the snow will melt before spring break is over.

Good morning all! We've got freezing rain/sleet/snow going on again here....second day in a row, but at least it's supposed to warm up enough this afternoon to melt the crud away.
I watched a bunch of movies the past few days; unfortunately I didn't see any of the endings (stupid flu made me sleepy) so I'll have to watch them all again. My oldest girl felt sorry for me and brought home "Eat Pray Love", "SALT", "Charlie Bartlett", "The Italian Job", and "The Grown Ups". So it's movie day at my house if anyone is interested. Just make sure you've either had your flu shot or you wear a hazmat suit cuz I haven't decontaminated the house yet since my youngest is still down with the flu bug.
Good day, all. Been in the office since early but not seeming to get much done other than warning the bosses about impending havoc. Oh yeah... I did open an emergency network change request because somebody came over this morning with some work that desperately needs to be done by Monday... so given all of the associated rules on making updates to live traffic I have no other choice than to do them tonight.
Not sure what to expect of today. Looks like it is going to be busy. Got an all hands meeting this afternoon... not sure what is going on there.
In a bit of good news, next week will be a short work week for me. I bribed the boss into letting me have Thursday and Friday off so I do Thanksgiving Part Deux for the boy that weekend. Bribe = cookies. It will be nice to have a long weekend.

That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
I have to update my list that shared services uses. Sometimes doing tax research on this stuff is difficult. It sure is boring and time consuming. We have this teeny tiny office in Tulsa now. Apparently we have had it for two years. No one tells the people who need to know these things. We previously didn't have an office in the state and the KS office took care of that area.
