What is the Cheesiest song you can think of?

Ok we all know alot will pick Janes Getting Serious but I am listening to a CD that I made of all types of music and one of the songs I have on there is the Disco song  "Disco Duck" by Rick Dees that was #1 for 1 week in 1977 I believe. I listened to that song and thought that it was the cheesiest thing I ever heard.

So FFR members what is your chessy song?

I'll have to think about that. I did not hate Jane until I heard it everyday for 1 whole year!!

Oh I agree with Party All The TIme too. that is pretty cheesy! LOL I think Eddie Murphy lost all credibility with me when that song came out.

There are quite a few of the classics that I think are pretty strange (or maybe I just don't get them). Like "Yellow Submarine" and "Strawberry Fields". What's that all about?

A couple others: "I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles and miles (repeating)" and "Signs, signs, everywhere signs".

I remember once I heard "Bob and Tom" do a spoof on the "Signs" song. It went:
"The sign said those caught trespassing will be shot on sight - so I jumped up on the fence and yelled - Hey! What gives you the right"
then you hear a gunshot and silence. I laughed and laughed at that one . . . well, you stupid hippie, you were warned. LOL

back in the mid 70's a few people did  "songs" where someone would ask a question and the reply was a line from a song , kinda lame , also that song about the telephone by some girl lebad one there . also discorilla  was sad .  also Ray Stevens , Guitarzan was goofy but cute

guitarzan ! domp domp and his jungle band !  ... lets here it for the monkey ! that one should be added  to the list for my Saturday AM fun tunes
