My shoes and socks are soaked, they called off school 20 miles to the north of us. The coffee wasn't ready when I got here this morning, and I still don't have my new tires yet!!! Oh Mornin Molly!

Our neighbor's dog has a raincoat. It's adorable.

Hey Sparky,

I saw you guys were supposed to get some snow.

It feels NOTHING like October in Wisconsin here. mid 80's and humid all week!

The leaves haven't even really changed yet!

I hope the warm trend goes all through the winter. I like it cold, but I hate the snow. 40's all winter would be GREAT!

Sorry about the snow Sparky. We're 40 and cloudy now, but now snow. Monday the A.C. ran all day . . . last night we turned on the furnace. No break in utility bills.

Hang in there, spring's only five months away!!!

I am currently making a stand against air conditioning. It was 60 last week, it'll be 60 at the end of this week, I am not turning the air on for a couple 80+ degree days. I've gotta save pennies somewhere!

Molly - that is my thought. Besides, I am at work all day, the house doesn't need to be cool. It will be cool enough to sleep comfortably tonight so no air. It is nice to see the electric bill come back down now too.

Yeah, my electric bill during summer is usually more expensive than my gas bill during winter. There's more ways to heat a house than cool one down. Why can't it just be 70 year round so I wouldn't have to worry about either?

Molly - I have asked that question on several occasions, with no response of course. To keep warm you can always curl up with a blanket or a person. You don't want anyone to touch you when it is hot.


They tell me that San Diego is nice year round.

That's a two hour time difference . . . you wouldn't be here until half way through our morning. I'm afraid that we just couldn't allow that.

Yes, if I move, everyone is welcome to visit. If I build my dream house, there will be at least one guest room and other sleeping accomidations anyway.
