In your world it is Tuesday morning. Its Tuesday here as well, but I just got off of work and dont go back until Thursday night. So technically, its Friday night right now for me.
It is gonna be a hot one here upper 90's, like much of the country. I still havent put in the air conditioners...I have been too busy at work and havent had the energy when I get home to put the AC's in. man I am gonna pay for that again today.
Have a good "weekend" D! We usually try to wait as long as possible before turning our air on, but after 2 days of 90 degrees and no cool-down in sight, we caved in and turned it on. I'm glad we don't have window units to deal with though, I don't envy you.
Happy weekend D. I suggest you get those units installed.
We had very hot and humid weather in the days leading up to Memorial Day. Then it hung around another few days. It has been nice and comfortable since Thursday night. We have higher day temps (over 80) tha past few days. But we are due to get that heat and humidity you guys are getting now. I am going to wait out the weather one more day before putting the air back on. I'll do it tomorrow morning before I come to work.
Work on.

Stop trying to be what you see. Be what you ought to be.
Do you like plain chocolate ice cream or chololate ice cream all dolled up with nuts and chocolate chunks, etc?
Yes.
The only kind of ice cream I'll turn down is the kind I'm allergic to.
Actually, my favorite ice cream is probably cake batter with fudge swirls. I also like chocolate with cherry topping. Or chocolate with a Heath bar shell.
How do you "foil" the windows? I don't think that's something people do around here.
Stick up aluminum foil on the inside to reflect out / block out the sun; keep the the room(s) cooler. We put it up on the top half of our west windows.

Or dinner. There have been nights that I have simply had ice cream for dinner. You can do that when you don't have to worry about anyone else.
My husband won't let me. And I try. Often.
So now I want something sweet. The leftover burrito I had for lunch is totally not cutting it. So I'm looking in my goody box, but all I have is Nutella and Cheez-Its.
Nutella and Cheez-Its aren't bad. It's kind of like those peanut butter cheese crackers you can get, and add some chocolate.
They are fine. The company intranet seems to be doing it's own thing today... so my access to any given platform is hit and miss. Trying to work out a way to make a migration on the legacy LD network go more smoothly as it relates to the IP network, but having all kind of issues there. Hoping this all works out okay. I really don't want to have to explain an outage tomorrow.
