most of thier fans cannot even make it to the game and yet you take advantage of thier misfortune.


Still they won the first game out of 5 so a congratulations is in Order.


And considering the Cowboys Stomped the Philidelphia Eagles  33-10


and TEXAS STOMPED OU in the Red River game on Saturday 45-12

My Huskers ALMOST pulled of off this weekend. Texas Tech SPANKED us last year. We were 21 points behind in the first quarter. We took the lead in the last few minutes and and the ball but fumbled it back to them. It was 4th and 2 with 12 seconds to go and the slipped as short pass into the endzone.

It was a pretty exciting game . . . all except for that losing part.

The problem is that the Huskers are used to their strength and power winning games by beating the opponent with physical abuse. Now, this new coach is trying to teach these big boys the "West Coast Offense". It's taking a while to learn the ropes.

It used to be so simple . . . Option to the right, Option to the left, Fullback up the middle, punt. Now we have all these pass plays and stuff to get us confuzzed.

They were 4-0 but lost in the last few minutes a week ago. I haven't heard yet how they did this Friday.

No longer undefeated. It could play out that they still get to go to state though.
