I got a new soap and have been using it for about a week now, but today's the first day I actually noticed the scent. I smell good. (Even better, I didn't buy this soap because it's nice smelling.)
Morning all. As I was lying in bed last night watching tv, I suddenly had this feeling that it was Wednesday night. Then I was all confused. Eventually I was able to prove to myself that it was indeed Tuesday night without getting out of bed. But then I was a little sad that I thought I got through one more day but really hadn't. Oh well. The day goes on. And a boring one at that.

Hmmm... Yeah... OK... Nope not much happening around here.
So, what kind of soap is it Mz and why did you buy it? I think many moons ago we had a discussion on what type of soap we all use. I use Lever 2000 original (for my 2000 body parts) because it's as gentle as Ivory, but doesn't leave a film, except for in the summer I use Desert Essence tea tree oil soap for it's antibacterial properties and it's not as harsh as Dial.
Wow! I'm boring...

Please, I have boring soap. That isn't a stretch since I'm naturally a boring person. But the soap does smell nice. I use Dove. It doesn't leave any film or stickiness and it keeps me from having super dry skin. The box is a light green. I think it has something to do with cucumbers.

I have problematic skin, so I'm always switching. I gave up conventional soaps a long time ago after I had so much bad luck with them. Right now, I'm hooked on Lush soaps because of their all natural ingredients (so I can tell when they use eggs or corn). What I smell like today is Glorious Mud.
Oh, yes Mz. I do remember you mentioning Lush products. I even had bookmarked the website, that someday I might try something.
Glorious mud makes me think of Mr. DS and his Scent-Away deer hunting products -- he uses this one fabric softener sheet for the dryer that smell like dirt Although, I'm sure you don't really smell like mud

No, I don't really smell like mud. It's a very light, pretty neutral scent, a little flowery I guess, but not soap-smelling.
I know what you mean though, my stepdad has the same stuff. He has bath wash and shampoo and laundry detergent that's all supposed to get rid of his scent and smell either like dirt or deer.
I got the pickup and van license plates renewed for another year. Nothing like waiting until the 2nd to last day of the month. We get new plates this year.
Hmmm. That reminds me (again) that I still have not had my new DL picture taken. I paid the fee and have my camera card, but haven't been over to the place to get it done. With their hours, the only day I can get there is Saturday. Yeah, my DL expired at the end of May. Guess with the holiday weekend I won't get there this weekend either.
