This heat REALLY sucks -- 115* forecasted for today. There were a couple grass fires yesterday. One came really close to a coworker's trailer home. We need to get out there and do a rain dance.

We are due to get some rain today. Or so they said. The sun is still out. They did say the heaviest rain and storms would be in the late afternoon and drive time. That ought to be fun. Nonetheless, we could use it. It was nice this morning. The humidity was low. It may not even make it to 90* today. That of course, is only if the rain gets here soon.

It was nice here this morning too. But apparently, it's warmed up since then. Still, it's only 81, and the heat index is only 88, and the high is supposed to be 90 (not including the heat index). Tomorrow is only going to get up to 88. It's pitiful that seems cool. I still might walk to work tomorrow though.
We still have that difference of opinion going on here. Airport says 79 and the radio station says 93. It feels like it's somewhere in between those two.
I was looking a the ten day forecast yesterday, we'll finally be back in the low 80's tomorrow and there's even a few high 70's coming up! I can't wait for fall. Summer sucks.
I thought it was Thursday when I woke up. 
Oh, sure... rub it in why don't you?!! Maybe by the end of September we'll see 80's.
