I am definaltey going to have to catch up on the news as I don't know what you are talking about. We are dealing with our own flash floods here, but I am lucky as my house is built in an area higher than most--so they get my runoff.

It seems so unreal that so much can be happening over and over again. Wilma the biggest hurricane ever recorded? I have some friends that say it is the signs of the times.
