But I bought Emily a $75.00 dress! I do not even own one!

Absolutely adorable! (She looks good in blue.) But $75?! I'm assuming that it's supposed to be an heirloom thing?

Well MZ, this was a first for me. I move into this great neighborhood and get invited to a clothing party. I get there and I am in shock at what they pay for clothes. Anyway I see the dress and know I have to have it. It is 47 dollars. I think I will get it a couple of sizes bigger and it has a three inch hem, so it will last. Well after the monogramming, tax and shipping - it was 75! Trust me I flipped! But this will become an heirloom! I have threatened to bury her in it!!

Since then I have been invited to a candle party and another clothing party, but dang I was otherwise engaged!

Don't fret about it. And don't think ill of me.  But I spare no expense on my or my kids clothes.

I know what you mean, Ruby. I tried selling Pampered Chef for a little while. It cost me more than I made from it.

Nope, I consider myself frugal yet fashionable. If I spend over $20 on something, it's probably a bra for me, jeans for my hubby, or a present for someone else! Or I want it really really bad!

I am the bargain queen! I have built E's whole wardrobe on the $10 rule. I shop clearance and ebay. I only go to the best stores, so she has the best clothes and you would not believe what I have accumulated! Nothing over 10!!

Clearance racks are my friends! I buy my summer clothes in fall, my winter clothes in spring, and my white shoes in December! If I spend over $10, it just means I've gotten desperate for whatever I'm looking for!

I'm now going out and buy me a "Lottery Loser" shirt. How can I plan my retirement when those lottery bastards won't pull my numbers? Don't they know I want to retire?
