You would be proud of me, I have a short friend that looked alot like Sonny Bono, so at karaoke we had to do Sonny & Cher. We had the whole place rolling.

Sometimes, when i'm lonely... i crawl into a laundry basket and tickle my ears. But, Some times I don't...
But we watched some Frasier which made us both laugh. It was a nice couple hours.
It's so hard for me to believe that he's got this cancer growing inside of him. Right now he's so normal. I just really want to make the most of every one of these days, because I don't know when we'll start to see a decline, or how rapid it will be.
Of course, I'm still praying for a miracle. Hoping against hope that one day the doctor will say "wow, the latest MRI actually shows your situation is improving". It's a minor miracle. God can throw me just this one can't he? I'm not asking for loaves of bread to fall from the sky
I know how you feel JR . . . went through the same thing with my mom a couple years ago.
It's a hard thing to go through for all involved.
I used to hear about these things and think "Yeah, these things happen in life. We deal with them and move on with life." After going through it myself, I have a completely different understanding of what it's like.
Doesn't quite have the same ring to it though does it?
It's ok though, we usually only have an hour wait on weekends, and if I'm here I'll move em around (I'm sure you noticed some of yours were played only a few minutes after you requested them).
Technically the RIAA doesn't want us playing them for 90 minutes after they are requested.
Oh they got all kinds of stupid rules about playing their music.
We can't tell specifically what song is coming up, only that the artist is. We're not supposed to give a specific time the artist is going to be played other than to say "next, or coming up soon".
Can't play the artist more than twice in a four hour period. Can't play the artist back to back (every station in America breaks this one for their two-fer-tuesday's and stuff like that).

It's all to keep people from just taping their favorite songs off the radio.
They also request that we crossfade. We don't have to, but they want stations to do it so the song isn't a "clean" edit if someone rips it off the radio or internet stream.
