Hey gang,

I took the opportunity with JD not being here to do some much needed station maintenance. Over the past six months or so several issues had popped up with our auto-rotation and our file storage that needed fixing.

The repairs are done, everything is nice and neat now, but you'll notice a few things.

First, the top requests are now completely reset, so we're starting from scratch on that again.

Second, some songs were lost in the cleanup. Not a lot, maybe 50. If you notice a song that was once on the list is no longer there PLEASE let me know so I can re-add it.

Finally, the cover art for some albums may be missing now. We'll get those added as time goes by.

How come Motley Crue is listed out of alphabetical order when you look under "M" ?

probably because of those stupid little marks over the name on SOME of the tracks :(

Stuff like that messes with the database.

Yeah, I've noticed Motley Crue is impossible to search for. Is there any way you can standardize their name?

Actually, I just did a search and came up with the only five songs from them that we have in the playlist.

They were all in order and none of them had those umlaut thingies.

Am I missing something? Are there some files on the system I'm not seeing?

JR, I said they were impossible to search for, so you search for them? Try searching by album. Motley Crue is spelled at least 3 different ways.

Wow, that's weird Molly.

I need some help here though, I don't know all the albums.

I found ONE, I fixed the song from shout at the devil and now it appears with the other Motley Crue songs.

Which others are screwed up and I'll fix em

There is a Pretty Boy Floyd song listed without a title.  So I requested it to see what it was.  It was "I Wanna Be With You," which is already on the list.

Cool.  I love PBF.  The first time we saw them live, opening for Faster Pussycat, we had no idea what to expect.  And our jaws just hung open for their whole set.
