OK, I'm pissed. I ordered some swords for our Halloween costumes on the 18th. On the 20th, I get an email that the swords won't be shipped until the 29th! So I emailed them back and said that we need the swords by the 29th. I got no response. So I emailed them again yesterday, and finally got a response back. Even though they say they have them in stock and have my order labeled as Available, their reply said they marked our order urgent with the manufacturer and that it takes 2 weeks to ship! I am so mad, and my hubby is going to be so disappointed.

I am going to do my best to control my anger and venting today. I am hoping that today will be an improvement over the last couple of days. You know what the professor says - glass half full.

I thought I was going to be unhappy but its turning out ok.
I got the new Dell MP3 player for Mrs. Web yesterday (that was fast). I got some songs loaded in and was listening to it and was not happy with the sound quality. It was not very "full" and almost no bottom end. I was hoping that it was the stock ear buds that came with it. This morning, I brought my good headphones with me to the office and it sounds awesome now. I'll probably give it to her tonight even though her birthday is not for a couple weeks.
So, I was upset, but it's turned out ok.
Speaking of Ok, let's see how the Sisters sound on it. Sorry, FFR . . . new toy.
Oh, I'm cancelling the order. If anything shows up at my door after Saturday, I am returning it unopened and disputing the charge. But I really doubt I'll get anything at all.
I am so tired of these new bosses in CA. They suck. They don't get it. They tell me incomplete things. I booked what you wanted two days ago and now you are telling me that it is still wrong. Duh! Dumba$$es.
I must go do yet another journal entry that relates to a quarter that closed almost a month ago.

Fuzzy: my wife does the same thing. When she is working on Journal Entries for our company, I run and hide. I am not allowed to post anything anymore becasue I invariably select the wrong code.
An update: They said they could probably overnight it tomorrow, but I would have to pay the extra shipping charges. I responded that they either need to overnight it tomorrow at their own cost, or cancel my order. They haven't emailed me back yet. I'm still giving them a chance; if I get my order on Saturday, I will leave them alone. If I don't get my order by Saturday, I'm complaining about them in my blog. I think they're a Yahoo store, so if I don't get my order by Saturday, I'm also giving them a bad review. What ever happened to customer service? This is the second company that I've had customer service problems with recently.
