Stoopid Huskers. If we would have played the whole game like the first quarter, we could have hung with the Badgers. If you take those three interceptions away and replace them with some clock management and a score or two, it would have looked a lot different. Oh well, there will be another chance.
Our little boy is 11 today. Not much celebrating today as he had the sleepover Friday night and grandpa and grandma visiting Saturday night. He has a football game tonight. A win would be nice.
Good day, all. I have been BUSY! Can't believe I take off in 2 days!!!! Really can't believe I clean forgot about making my appointment for the "annual humiliation"... got that to look forward to this afternoon. yay.
Anyhoo... back from my week off of working on the house. I'm happy to report that I have a good, solid, west wall of my house now. It now has new windows and a new french door out to the patio. Makes the living room look much bigger. I'm way tired, sore, and worn out from that week of work, but it needed to be done. I'm now seeing the light at the end of the "windows and siding" tunnel. Going to have a lot of house painting to look forward to when I get back home. Ah well...
I didn't get to see any of the football games this weekend. Had to take the satellite dish down to work on that corner of the house. I'm back online now, so perhaps I can catch the Monday game. Not really sure how that will go. I still have sooooooo much to do.
