When we give a song the thumbs up or thumbs down, do you as the programmer see a report of those votes?

We do get a report, but to be honest we pay very little attention to them because it would be too hard to try and continually change the playlist to reflect the votes.
Since we're an all-request station we go on the theory if it's popular it will be played a lot, if it's not it won't get played much if at all.
