Good, chilly morning to ya. It's cold this morning.
Mrs Web is leaving in about an hour to go to Colorado to celebrate her birthday. She's going to spend a few days with her cousin and plans to be back on Sunday. She said she is not meeting up with her other special "friend" while there, so I guess I can only trust she's telling me the truth on that one.
So, the boy and I will get a few days of bonding time over the next few days.
I'm surprised the sun came up today. Taylor Swift won "Entertainer of the Year" on the CMA Awards last night. It's major bad that Keith Urban did not win, but then to add insult to injury by giving it to Taylor was a little much for my wife to have to withstand. She said a bunch of naughty words.
It's a rather chilly morning here too. It'll be even worse tonight. We had to bring the rose in. It hates it and is losing all of it's leaves. I think it just can't get the sun in through the window that it can get outside. Last year we were afraid it would die before spring, but as soon as we set it outside, it perked back up. It's supposed to be a nice weekend, so I'll put it back outside after tomorrow's frost.
Yes, all I have to talk about it a rose plant. I think I'm trying not to get on the subject of the yellow pages salesman who's coming in half an hour. Last year we argued for half a day with him.
Morning all. It seems to be mild here today. But also foggy and there was some rain overnight. I'm trying to finish off my part of month end and get it off to the boss. I think I have all the loose pieces now. I should get the file finished.
Mz - I see you are making great progress on writing so far. I'm guessing you will easily exceed 50,000 words again this year.

I don't think I'll have a problem hitting 50k. But most Chicken Soup for the Soul books have 101 stories, and I'm only at 24, so I'm worried I won't get the book itself done in November. Normally that's no problem, but I want to be able to sell this in March, so I may have to keep writing into December.
Howdy y'all. Ughh... been busy all day shuffling paper and tracking down information for billing. Why, oh why, can't they get that if they want it to hit job cost, it needs a job number?
Meanwhile, the insurance finally approved the injection meds for Jacob, and I can pick it up tomorrow. There won't be a nurse at the doctor's office until Tuesday (he was supposed to get this shot this past Tuesday), so his stepmom who is a nurse offered to give it to him. One battle over; moving on to the next., but I think I'll wait until Monday to start in on the medical insurance not wanting to cover his hospital stay
I think I'm at a point in the office where I can participate in "I Don't Care Friday" tomorrow
