Man, too many late nights for me this past weekend, combined with cold temps, made me not want to get up this morning. And then I left my wallet at home.
Good day, all. I'm back from vacation, trying to make me get back into working mode. Right now, I don't wanna. I'm missing my daily naps.
Did sort through my ton-o-email. Why the heck do people bother sending that stuff during the week between Christmas & New Year's? Doesn't make sense to me. Oh well.
Presently 29* and sunny in good ol' O.P. KS... supposed to be a high today near 50*. Tomorrow... 60*. That NEVER happens in January in Kansas. I'll take it!
Hope Santa was good to everyone and we all have a great day.

I had to take the van down for a tire repair. They fixed that one. I know I had seen a screw head in another tire too but it was staying up. They found the screw but noticed that tire was falling apart. He showed me where it was just about to blow out. They had a used tire the right size to get my by for now.
So, it cost $21 to fix one of my tires and only $15 to totally replace another. Sounds silly, but the used tire I got doesn't have much tread on it.
That reminds me, I need an oil change. You think I would've done that last week while I was home but I kept forgetting to call for an appointment. Plus I had my neices for two days.

I was thinking of both of us as I wrote that. I know you feel my pain.
