GOOD NEWS FOR JAZZ 101 FANS!!

AP NETWORK NEWS: In long, deep deliberation ((over cognac and cuban(esque) cigars from the gas station))-we here at WFFR have hammered out the following move forward, in a move towards reviving our fun past!:

Fans (patient fans!!) of Jazz 101 & the All-Day Sunday Jazz-Fest will be happy to know that this programming has returned to Freeze Frame Radio!! From 12 a.m. each Saturday until late Sunday evening, anyone tuning in, wanting to hear jazz can now do so! Simply tune into www.freezeframeradio.com and on the home page click the link that says:

"IF YOU ARE USING DIAL-UP YOU CAN STILL LISTEN!
JUST USE OUR NEW 32k LINE BY CLICKING HERE!"

On Sundays, the 32k line will feature alll the songs from Freeze Frame's Jazz library (i.e. virtually EVERYTHING; -bebop, the crooners, modern, comtemporary, expereimental, fusion, soul-funk, latest releases, up-and-comers/unsigned/regional artists,  even the best of smooth), rebroadcastings of old/ classic jazz 101 shows, as well as airings of that "cool weird stuff" that managed to seep itself into the collection.

High-speed connectors can hear this stream just fine too, or can opt for the regular request-style programming fed on the main stream.

If circumstances dictate, a new live Jazz 101 will be broadcast on both streams at 8 pm CST; otherwise a rebroadcast (again circumstances permitting) will be aired on both streams! JAZZ-HEADS UNITE! Sundays are ours on FREEZE FRAME RADIO!

Good idea! So to reiterate, on Sundays if you want to hear jazz all day, use the 32k line. If you'd rather hear the regular request system, use the regular line. At 8, you can hear Jazz 101 on any line. Is that right? What about Underground 80's?

Darn gas-station cognac! & when Archie Bunker said "What this nation needs is a 5 cent nickle cigar", he meant better nickle cigars than the ones available at the gas station!

Thanks for distilling the message into a simpler message, Molly!

I believe that if Riggs is able to, he will cue up reruns of Underground 80's to air at 7 pm CST. On the days he is unable to make it into the station, the 32k line will just keep on feeding songs from the jazz library.

On the days I go live, of COURSE I will do an Underground 80's!
