'tween your 2 jobs and all this when will you find time to sleep ?

also - have you ever thought about owning / operating a bake shop ?

Thank you . We were extremly proud of TU. CITRUS BOWL HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!!!

No Sparky. It burnt its motor out when I tried it a year ago. Had to make do with my New Kithcen Aid Stand Mixer ( my christmas present to myself after the holidays last year)

my new collection of Silicone bakeware

and My nice pretty mixing bowls I got last week.

gonna be awesome.  just wait till you get your cookie package

Hey Thumper... do you have one of those Silpat silicone mats for baking?  I've been kicking around buying one, but I'd like to find out if they are worth it.  I have some silicone bake ware and have had mixed luck with it.  Mostly it's great, but some things stick really bad.

I used my silicone bakeware at thanksgiving and had great success with it. I made around 6 dozen cookies and they all just slid right off.

When you get ready to use it, spray a very light mist of non stick cooking spray on the mat and then wipe it off and you should have no problems. I think the mats are more to prevent burning and crispiness. plus a nice color.
