Lunch and weather

It is about 55 here, but for lunch I had the following:

appetizers: onion rings, hot crab dip and chips, gator tail and fried green tomatoes

main course: blackened salmon with dill butter, red rice, hushpuppies and coleslaw

dessert: Charleston Cheesecake

Someone please bring me a couch!!!

wow!

I tried fried green tomatoes for the first time when I was in New Orleans. They were really good.

21 degrees here, feels like 40 because the last few days have been between 6 and 11 degrees!

I had CULVERS for lunch!

Still sunny and cold. Although it is up to 30 degrees now.

Just a can of soup and a can of fruit for me today. We are having our Christmas lunch tomorrow at Bertucci's (it is a pizza and pasta house).

Now that most of us have already had lunch, maybe with the exception of CP, what is for dinner? I have left chicken out but I do not know what I want to do with it. You know, throw it across the room, play hockey with it or actually cook it. Maybe cook it and add some rice as a side. Now I just need a vegetable. I wonder what I have in the freezer.

Hooked on Taco Bell's Cheesy fiesta potatoes and a soft shell taco.

Had that twice this week.

I don't care much for Culvers here, it upsets my stomach every time I eat there.

Oh, and it's about 38 outside!

Fuzzy, have you ever taken chicken and rolled it in instant mashed potato flakes and baked it? It's actually really good! Especially if you use the garlic herb mashed potatoes.

Oh last night on the counting thread we compared dinners- I ate what little E did not- the rest of the can of ABC and 123s! So if she goes with something simple again- I might eat what she does not!

I still got 1/2 pot of chicken vegetable soup and 1/2 a loaf of french bread (bagot? bagoutte?). I don't mind that 2 days in a row! Been snacking a lot the last few days, am ok with a lighter dinner like that!

She can have my leftovers....

Nah, she will probably have soup and bread or something like that. She loves soup. Or she has these little tv dinners with turkey and gravy and stuff like that that she likes.

I have no clue what's for dinner, but I've been in a mood for Italian lately, so it may be spaghetti.

It's sunny and 31. I wish it were 77.
