I'm going to try to be more active. That not only means exercising more, but also just getting out more in general. The closest thing I've seen to the sun lately is the glow from my computer screen.

back to the gym for JD!!! And I want to read more- I find it to distracting in the apartment, or I get too comfortable and then lazy, so I will be hitting the library and coffee shop more to get the reading done- that is my getting out more!

1) Get back on my diet and stick with it.


2) Get back to the gym and stick with it.


3) Hire a personal fitness instructor. (In March when I get my bonus check.)


4) Start and stick with a better savings program.

Yeah... right.... just like that bridge you wanted to sell me was a really good investment!  Hehehee... actually, I was thinking you, me, and Suz ought to do the personal fitness trainer.  I know a guy who does that as a second job.  He has a group rate that is really reasonable.

Win the lottery.


Get this pathetic body back into shape. I am in shape, round is a shape!


Get back to coaching.


Be more physical. Movement of some kind every day, whether it be walking, hiking, biking, etc.


Get a job.


Finish taking care of my yard.


Learn to eat properly.


Learn not to be so lazy.


Get back to reading.


Write a book.


Who knows what else will come my way.

My resolution is to be a better person than I was this year. Attempt to be more humble, gracious and appreciative of the family, friends and peolple around me. Enjoy the things I have and not get caught up in craving the things I don't have. Really take time to enjoy the surroundings I'm in. I may not live near the mountians or ocean but there are plenty of marvelous things that mother nature has put in Indiana. I just want to be better tomorrow than I am today!
