Hey guys, Dylan brought over the sympathy card that you all signed.
I know you wanted me to receive it earlier but I truly believe it's the thought that counts and this card really means a lot to me.
I'm a little frustrated by the fact the card has traveled more than I have, but that's beside the point.
Thank you SO much for the time and effort I know it took to zip this card around the country and eventually into my hands. And how about that post office huh? I count ten opporunities for them to lose the card and they failed to do so on every one of them! That has to be a record of some sort for the US Postal Service!
In case you're curious, the card stopped in North Carolina, Indiana (twice), Nebraska, South Dakota, California, Florida, Pennyslvania, Oklahoma and of course Wisconsin. Now there's some frequent flyer miles involved in that trip!!!
By the way Ruby, I hope I was right about North Carolina, not South. I just can't seem to remember that
