Yeah, around here they went back up right before Christmas. I was expecting them to come down this week since travel time is over.

The cheapest I've seen the cheap stuff around here is $2.21.  I'm hoping for a fresh decline this weekend as I'm down to half a tank.

I also thought it was a bit strange that prices were rising. We are up around $2.27 at the lowest place.

Seems when I was reading the news on my pager a night or two ago (Yes, I still have one of those God forsaken things!), it said the price of crude oil had gone up $2 per barrel.
