Some fine citizen put a nice dent in our car at the grocery store and left the scene tonight. The left front fender is going to have to be replaced as I'm sure it's creased to bad to be fixed. Jerks.
The best part is that according to my wife, it's my fault. Since I went with her, I was driving and I parked in the wrong spot. She always parks in the other line which if she had been driving, she would not have parked where I did and it would not have happened.
It might come back around to us but if no one saw it, we'll probably never know. It was a white vehicle so I know we'll be watching for red paint on bumpers for a while.
We just had the car repainted in August because of hail this summer.
No, no cameras around here. I think only the banks have cameras inside but none outside anywhere in town that I know of. Might have been a grandma that didn't even know she did it either.
Well, I guess that's one of the only benefits of living in a bigger city. It's hard to get away with ANYTHING here. Camera's are everywhere and there's enough people around that somebody usually saw something.
The first day I got my license, on Xmas Eve 1985, I got hit leaving the video store. It was snowing really bad. I got the license though and they went to his house. He said he did not know he hit me and they believed him
I had a brand new car (Bucik Regal- actually very nice and loaded, my dad worked for GM) and my dad saw that as an omen and made me switch with him and I had to have his older Buick Skylark.
Yeah it is. I work with a guy named Berghoff. I was kidding him and told him they were closing the family pub. Turns out that is his cousin. He said he doesn't know why they're closingl. He says the place is always busy. He doesn't have a stake in the business but has been there many times. It's too bad. That place has been in business for 107 years. I would think someone would step in and keep it open.
web, years ago my girlfriend and her brother's car were hit while parked on the street overnight. The police were able to find the driver because of serial numbers found on the ground on broken pieces of his blinker housing. any chance there's scraps on the ground by where your car was?

No, there was nothing other than a little white paint on our fender. I doubt they have much damage at all. It looks like it was the corner of their bumper. They probable just have a little red paint.
